TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL MYAGENTS, OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MYAGENTS AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, CLAIM, OR EXPENSE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, DISCLOSURE, LEAKAGE, MISUSE, THEFT, LOSS, ALTERATION, OR DESTRUCTION OF ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION, ACCOUNT INFORMATION, API KEY, PASSWORD, AUTHENTICATION CREDENTIAL, OR OTHER DATA, WHETHER CAUSED BY A SECURITY INCIDENT, THIRD-PARTY ACTION, USER ACTION, SYSTEM FAILURE, OR ANY OTHER EVENT.
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING THE CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY OF YOUR CREDENTIALS, DEVICES, AND ACCOUNT ACCESS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from these Terms and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
