These Terms of Service govern your use of myagents ("the Service"), operated by myagents. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
myagents provides identity, credential management, and configuration infrastructure for AI agents. It allows you to store API keys and secrets in an encrypted vault, define agent profiles, and load that configuration into AI runtimes via the myagents CLI or API.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your account or CLI session tokens with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are creating an account on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these terms on the organization's behalf.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You retain ownership of all credentials, agent configurations, and data you store in myagents. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the Service to you. We do not access your credentials except to deliver them to your authenticated CLI sessions.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" during the current early access period. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes where possible.
Billing is not currently active. All features are free during the early access period. When paid plans are introduced, we will give advance notice and you will have the opportunity to review updated terms before being charged.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. All your data will be permanently deleted upon account deletion.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or create security risks. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination unless immediate action is required for security reasons.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, myagents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. We will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify you by email for material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If you have a complaint, please contact us directly before taking any other action.
